Kaela Peever is a first-year classical voice performance major working toward a Bachelor of Music at the University of Toronto under the direction of Frederique Vezina. Before beginning her studies at the university, she also received classical training in both voice and piano at the Kelowna Community Music School. In the Okanagan, she was involved in many local classical competitions and performances. Her most recent performance in Toronto was as an ensemble member for the University of Toronto Symphony Orchestra’s rendition of Holst’s “The Planets Suite”. She is thrilled to be a part of the VOSI program this summer.
