Stefan Bienz is an on call upright and electric bassist in the Okanagan valley. He has played for Ben Waters, Shane Koyczan, Kenny Blues Boss Wayne, Justin Glibbery, Anna Jacysysn, Rann Berry, Aaron Loewen amongst many others. He is the bassist in the house band of the Penticton Elvis festival and in the Kelowna Jazz Festival Big band. He has been bassist in the pit for many musicals including : Sweeny Todd, Les Misarables, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Caberet, Rocky Horror Show. He is a regular performer at The Dream Cafe in Penticton and The Vernon Jazz club, backing a variety of artists. Outside of music, he enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors with his wife and kids.
