Our 2022 Monthly Matching campaign invites everyone in our community to donate at the level that works for them. Each month from December – March, community champions will match your donation, dollar for dollar, up to $5000 for a total monthly goal of $10 000.

Each month we will focus on the funding target for one of our core programming objectives:

• December: Productions that celebrate traditions while embracing important transformations
• January: Community concerts and events that bring opera everywhere it can bring joy and beauty to our neighbours and loved ones
• February: Education programs that cultural exploration of the art form at all levels
• March: Accessibility to ticketed events to remove affordability barriers for art lovers

Every dollar makes a difference. If just 100 people donate $50 per month during the 4-month campaign, we will reach our goal.

In recognition of those who commit their support early, Opera Kelowna will invite the first 50 people who make a 4-month commitment of $50 per month or more to a special event in the spring.

All donations made online will receive a tax receipt from Canada Helps. All monthly donors will be contacted to opt out at the close of the campaign.
